Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or submit a score. If you are under the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

You sign in through a third-party provider (Discord or Google). You're responsible for keeping that account secure. Each person should use only one account. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service.

Don't cheat the leaderboards (scripts, bots, exploits, tampering with the page). Don't use a display name that is offensive, impersonates someone else, or contains links/spam.

We reserve the right to remove scores or accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (display name, avatar URL provided by your auth provider, scores). By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site, including public leaderboards.

The Supporter checkout is a one-time payment handled by Stripe. It grants a cosmetic badge on leaderboards and may include early access to new builds. It is not a refundable subscription and does not provide gameplay advantages on existing leaderboards.

Refund requests within 14 days of purchase can be sent to contact@cvgames.io. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

The site is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee it will be available 24/7, free of bugs, or compatible with every browser. Camera-based games depend on your device's hardware and lighting conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (zero, for non-Supporters).

You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
