About cvgames.io
Free, browser-only mini games you play with your body — not a controller.
cvgames.io is a small, independent project that lets anyone with a webcam play short, replayable games right in their browser. There's nothing to install, no app store, and no native binaries. Open a game, allow camera access, and play. Each round saves your score to a public leaderboard so you can compare with everyone else playing.
Why webcam games?
Most online games rely on a keyboard, mouse, or touchscreen. That's great for precision, but it leaves out a huge surface area for fun: your hands, your face, your full body. Modern browsers can run computer-vision models locally with WebAssembly — fast enough for real-time gameplay — so we built games around that. The result is a different kind of online play: physical, expressive, and short.
What's on the site
- National 67 War — pick a country, pump both arms for 20 seconds. Every rep is a national point for your flag.
- 67 Speed — the original solo version. 20 seconds, both arms, all-out.
- Finger Bop — rhythm game where you hold up 1, 2, 3, or 4 fingers to match falling notes.
- Nose Drift — steer a car through traffic by moving your nose left and right.
- Chomp Time — open your mouth to eat falling food, keep it shut for bombs.
Built by one person
cvgames.io is an indie project — built with Next.js, MediaPipe, Supabase, and a lot of evenings. If you enjoy it, the easiest way to help is to play, post your scores, and share a game with a friend. There's also a one-time Supporter checkout that unlocks a cosmetic badge and early access to new builds. Either way, thanks for being here.
Privacy
Camera frames never leave your device — every model runs locally in your browser. The only things we store on our servers are your sign-in identity (Discord or Google), your scores, and anonymous page-view stats. Full details on the Privacy page.
